Rutgers is providing you with your own personal Fitness Coach on campus for free! All you have to do is make an appointment.
The Fitness Coach is there to guide you to reach your personal goals and start meeting the physical activity guidelines. Whether you want to increase your physical activity or gain more strength, we are here to help you. The coach will also take you in the weight room and show you how to use the equipment and perform exercises.
Work with your EIM-OC Coach for the whole semester, or for a couple of weeks. It is up to you. You and your Coach will determine the best schedule to meet your goals. We are so excited to coach you on your fitness journey and hope you make an appointment today!
